SUBMISSION GUIDELINE
Submission Deadline
The abstract submission deadline is 24:00 (Beijing Time, UTC+8) on 15 March, 2026. Please ensure you submit your abstract before the specified date.
Language
The official language of the conference is English, and all presentations and discussions will be conducted in English.
Submission Method
Abstracts must be submitted via the online submission system only. Email submissions or other forms of submission will not be accepted.
Allocation & Presentation
Abstracts will be peer reviewed and allocated for oral or poster presentation. Each speaker is allowed only one oral presentation, but the number of poster presentations may vary. Please note that virtual or video presentations are not accepted.
Original Material
Original scientific material is welcome and preference is given to recent findings. Abstract content must not have been previously published as an abstract, paper, or manuscript.
Structured Abstract
Submit a structured abstract, divided into Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion, with a total word count not exceeding 440 words.
Title Requirements
Please do not use company or brand names in the title and the characters should not exceed 50.
Abstract Confirmation
All accepted abstract authors will receive confirmation by email.
