Oral Abstract Presentation Guidelines

The conference will feature an oral abstract presentation session, providing an opportunity for scholars to showcase their research findings. The session will be held on April 26, 2026, in a designated meeting room. If your abstract is selected for an oral presentation, detailed information regarding the schedule will be sent to you via email in early April.

Slide Preparation Guidelines:

• Time: The total duration for each presentation will be as specified in the email notification. Please reserve at least 2 minutes within the total time for discussion and Q&A. Please strictly adhere to the time limit. The presentation should be delivered in English.
• Format: Slides should be set to a 16:9 aspect ratio. It is recommended to use easy-to-read fonts such as Arial or Calibri. The body text should be no smaller than 28 pt, with an ideal size of 32 pt. Text below 20 pt may be difficult to read. Presentations should be saved in “.pptx” format.
• Content: Slides should include the research background/objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. Future research directions or other relevant information may also be included.
• Disclosure of Conflict of Interest: All presenters must include a slide disclosing any conflicts of interest, clearly listing funding sources or relevant financial relationships with commercial entities. If there are no such relationships to disclose, please state “No conflicts of interest to declare.” This disclosure aims to provide information to attendees, enabling them to make their own judgments.
• Slide Submission: Please upload your slides to aogin2026@163.com by 24:00 on April 20, 2026. If revisions are needed after submission, please send the updated slides to the same email address 24 hours before the start of the oral abstract session.
